- 일반근린형 도시재생 사업계획 중요도 분석 - 충청남도 도시재생 사업을 중심으로 - -
본 연구에서는 충청남도의 11개 일반근린형 재생사업 실태를 분석하고, 사업계획에 대한 중요도 분석을 통해 계획의 우선순위를 파악하였다. 이를 통해 일반근린형 도시재 생 사업의 선정과 추진 시 고려해야 할 계획방향을 도출하는데 목적을 두고 진행되었으 며, 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반근린형은 골목상권과 주거지가 혼재되어 있어 생활환경 측면에서는 환경개 선이 가장 중요한 사업으로 조사되었고, 경제환경 측면에서는 지역적 특성을 되살린 테 마·특화거리 조성, 지역공동체활성화 측면에서는 거버넌스 구축이 우선되어야 한다. 둘째, 상대적중요도에서는 경제환경 측면의 중요도가 높은 것으로 파악되었으며, 특히 기반시설과 주거환경, 인프라 조성과 정주환경 강화 순으로 중요도가 높은 것으로 조사 되었고 인프라의 조성과 개선이 시급하다고 설문의 응답자들은 판단하고 있다. 셋째, 재생사업의 측면과 부문 간 가중치를 반영한 전체 중요도는 기반시설 부문과 인 프라 조성 전략이 가장 높은 것으로 파악되었으며, 도시재생을 위해서는 지역활성화, 지 역특화 전략과 함께 거버넌스 구축도 주요하게 고려해야 하는 항목으로 조사되었다. 반 면, 주민역량강화와 지역 활성화 프로그램 운영, 마을 활동가 육성·지원 전략은 사업의 중요도와 우선순위가 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 분석되었다.
Analysis of Importance of Urban Regeneration Project in General Neighborhood Type - Focusing on Urban Regeneration Project in Chungcheongnam-do -
The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for the selection of urban regeneration projects through analysis of the current status and importance of urban regeneration projects in Korea. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, in terms of living environment, the improvement of the local environment has been shown to be the most important undertaking, which is attributed to the decline of most domestic urban regeneration projects. In terms of the economic environment, the creation of specialized spaces, the construction of specialized spaces, and the linkage of local resources are required for urban regeneration. Second, in terms of relative importance, the importance of economic environment such as infrastructure expansion, infrastructure creation, and settlement environment improvement was found to be high. In addition, the respondents of the survey judged that the creation and improvement of urban infrastructure is urgent. Third, it was identified that the infrastructure sector and the infrastructure creation strategy had the highest overall importance, reflecting the weight of the aspect of the regeneration project and the sectors. For urban regeneration, regional revitalization, regional specialization strategies, and establishment of governance were also investigated as major considerations.
